Associated Builders and Contractors - Alaska is dedicated to strengthening the construction industry by investing in the next generation of skilled trades professionals. Through strong partnerships with local schools, youth groups, and community organizations, ABC Alaska actively promotes hands-on career exploration and education in the trades.

These efforts include engaging presentations, job shadow experiences, construction career panels, and interactive learning opportunities using virtual reality (VR) simulators—giving students a firsthand look at what it’s like to work in the construction industry.
