Evaluate Your Program Using ABC's Safety Training and Evaluation Process (STEP) Awards SystemThe Safety Training and Evaluation Process, or STEP, program was developed and written by contractors, for contractors. By participating, here’s what the STEP program will do:
- Provide you with an organized approached to analyze and further develop your safety & loss prevention program;
- Provide a valid, objective method to measure safety program improvements;
